My career has taken me across New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and China, and working alongside people from so many cultures taught me to listen first and earn trust before asking anyone to change. I’m as comfortable walking a finance team through a business case as I am working through an integration with engineers, and I make sure both conversations point at the same goal. Give me a business that has outgrown its systems and I’ll find the friction, simplify it, and leave the place running better than I found it.
